Fresh Tracks is taking a summer vacation. Catch some of the best shows of the last year or two Tuesdays at 6 pm pacific time. I will return with new shows the week of August 18th, 2008. You can hear replays of the show at 6 pm Friday, 6 am Saturday, and 11 pm Sundays. All times Pacific. You can see my weekly playlists by going to my journal page.

Welcome to Fresh Tracks

Fresh Tracks is a weekly audio excursion into the vast world of new music. The show is hosted by DC and heard every week on the college internet radio station, WPMD. It airs every Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. pacific time at www.wpmd.org.

What is Fresh Tracks?

This is a radio show which aims to bring to its audience some of the vast new music that is available to listeners but very rarely heard on commercial radio. Fresh Tracks spotlights both well known artists and bands in addition to  musical acts just getting started. We also feature music and interviews with unsigned and indie artists.

Virtually all genre's of music are featured on the show (sometimes even in the same hour). About the only thing I don't play is rap/hip hop.
